« The smell of clean knocked you in the face as soon as you opened the door which I could truly appreciate, considering it's an older building. The AC worked amazing.. the towels were white. « This property is giving Motel 6 vibes. When we arrived, our room didn’t have any toiletries, so we had to call the front desk The cleanliness was disappointing. The bedroom floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly—I noticed a sticky, clear substance between the bed and the nightstand that should have been obvious to housekeeping. « Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell when we arrived, and the condition of the room was not what I expected from a hotel. What made the experience even more frustrating was feeling like I was being pressured to accept another room rather than having my concerns properly addressed. Cleanliness and a safe, comfortable environment should be the minimum expectation when paying for a hotel room. »

« Do not recommend to anyone!!! Don't be fooled by the photos or reviews. Rooms smell bad, Staff is not trustable.. they say one thing and do another thing. They charge you for the night that you do not stay. Broken shower pole that hardly hold the shower head, dirty carpet.. No star at all!!! »
