« The property itself is pleasant and in a good, peaceful location. However, check-in was difficult. We did not receive the door code until the day of check-in, when one of the travelers was still on his flight. The host was slow to respond to my messages and messages from Vrbo customer service. Eventually we were able to connect to the property manager and get in, and the stay was otherwise nice. But the two hours of stress and thinking we would have to book a more expensive place at the last...
