« We really enjoyed this stay and this property! It was very clean and we enjoyed how close to the beach it was (a short walk/across the street). The rental company was very accommodating in providing extras like trash bags, detergent, etc when there was not any in stock at the house. We have a young child and the kids room was great for him. Loved the screened in porch and grill (which was ready to go as well). The interior was a bit dated and the beds could maybe use an update but it was...

« Everything was as expected. We were pleasantly surprised at the closeness to the beach. It's advertised as a 1 min walk, but I'd say even closer. I would suggest some extension cords or to advise people to bring extension cords because most of the plugs are not close to the sitting areas. It would also be nice to have a towel hanger for hand towels and washcloths in the bathrooms. We would definitely stay at the house again if/when we visit the island again. »

« Home was clean, beds super comfortable, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of public beach and restaurants . . . we did not use hot tub so can't comment on that. »

« The place was clean and well equipped. It had a lovely patio and yard with fire pit. It was a great location for accessing Folly Beach and McLeod Plantation which is well worth the visit for Gullah history. It was also easy access to everything in Charleston, and relaxing to return to after a long day. »

« 5 Stars for everything! Betty Lynn and Chip have created a place that has EVERYTHING you need for your stay. The house location is not far at all from the beach or places to eat and explore. There is something to be said for a place that has everything you could need and don't need to worry about packing-- from dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, laundry, dish tabs, and all the beach items you need.. it's all there! The dishes, utensils, and bakeware are nice, not just a hodgepodge...

« The cottage is very clean and cozy and close to good restaurants and a number of grocery stores. It's also an easy drive to Credit One Stadium for concerts and other events. Easy check in, quiet neighborhood and accommodating hosts. We'd be very happy to return when in the area again. »

« Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Nice location overlooking golf course.One suggestion I would have is to have bureau in master bedroom. We were there for 2 weeks and didn’t really have a place to put our clothes-other than hangars. Other than that it was a great rental! »
