Welcome to 208 W Ashley! This newly listed cottage features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, brand new stainless steel appliances and an unbeatable location with beach access across the street. There are two public beach accesses; one is just steps away across the street, and the other one at the end of the block with conveniences of public restrooms and outdoor showers. The cottage is a short, 2-block walk to Folly Beach's popular Center Street, filled with great options for dining, shopping, and nightlife. This home offers an open concept living room, with the main bedroom on one side of the house, and the rest of two bedrooms on the other.

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Notes
You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home.
Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, plus long driveway is suitable for a boat or a trailer.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
Pets considered. All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $150 plus tax per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (1 pet max, no more than 40 lbs. each, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant, and does not listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

Great beach cottage, perfect for our family!

We spent Spring Break here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed and cozy. Loved the easy access to both the beach and the center of town. Communication with the host was easy and they were responsive during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was great to get to the beach and restaurants. The pictures were exactly what we expected. My only issue was the couch was uncomfortable. We don't generally spend much time indoors, but we did have one rainy day.

Great Location

This property is in a really great location to access the beach and town. The house was clean, the appliances worked and it was supplied with enough for our family of four to stay for a week. A couple of things we found after the first couple of days was the sofa is quite uncomfortable and could be updated. And the king bed is very soft so for those who need support for low back issues this will be an issue.

Wonderful home in a great location

We had our Family Thanksgiving at the home and it fit all of our needs. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The outside grill is not usable but we were told that up front. We ate at several of the local restaurants. We will be back.

First Time to Folly
