« We stayed in the upstairs seahorse cottage for a week. We loved it! We had a fantastic time. The cottage was perfect for my family. Everything was in walking distance and my kids loved the pool. We will be returning and would love to book the same cottage next July 4th again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean and the AC worked great. The kitchen does have slim supplies but still everything I needed to make meals daily. Thanks Midtown for an awesome stay! »

« We stayed in a small 1 BD cottage. Although small, it had everything we needed. We loved the front porch with rocking chairs. The pool at the inn is exceptionally clean and the beach and boardwalk are within 5 minutes of walking. They even provided us with umbrella, chair and beach toys. Would stay again. »

« This was our second time staying at the Evan Cottage and it was yet again perfect for our little family of 4. It is the coziest little home away from home and we can’t recommend it enough! Listing is very accurate, and although we didn’t have to reach out to the owners beforehand or while there, we know it would’ve been easy to get ahold of them if needed. « Awesome little old school beach cottage. My wife and I and our dogs stayed 6 nights and had a great trip. We really enjoyed walking the dogs around the neighborhood and on the beach. Location is perfect. The furniture is comfortable. AC is very strong house stayed very cool and comfortable. The host Cassidy was great, easy to communicate with and very helpful. We look forward to staying here again on or next trip to Surfside Beach. »

« Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need.
