« Overall very positive for our purpose of visiting our nation’s capital, but a couple of negatives. One positive—location. Close to the national mall area, close to subway system, and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Another positive—space utilization. We comfortably slept 10 people and also ate many meals at the house and had enough dining room table space. Another positive—safety. We felt totally safe walking through the neighborhood to the national mall area and to local...

« The stay at Woody Westover was made complete by the communication from the host. She was very helpful in addressing a minor issue that came up during my stay, and was warm and welcoming. The property had everything I needed to feel comfortable during my stay in Washington DC and the location was excellent! I only had to take a short bus ride down to the National Mall, which served as a great bonus to the location. The property felt safe and I could come and go as I needed. »

« The place felt very centric to where we needed to go. All the touristy areas were about 15-20 minutes away. We loved that there was always parking available even if it was in the front or the back of the house. Also loved the amount of rooms/beds available. There were 5 of us and pretty much everyone got their own room. The beds were comfy and loved that every room had a fan when it got a little hot. Loved the amount of towels there were available and that they smelt clean. We had issues in the...

10. Suite privée spacieuse et confortable | À quelques minutes de Washington DC

Seminary Hill

« I always go into a Vrbo experience expecting a 5-star experience. Let’s start with the positives. The property is in a great location. It is near a nice shopping plaza and 10-15 to Old Town and DC. The neighborhood is safe, and it is right down the street from a hospital and gas station. Communication was good before the stay, and we were able to get help when needed. Here is why this experience was not 5-stars. We were in town for a short stay to meet family and friends. We were given...
