« Hosts are very friendly. Very responsive and quick to fix the hot water heater when it went out. The bed is very firm. If you like it firm then this is the bed for you. The shower has been updated with several different settings. It is located in an older neighborhood and close to public transportation. »

« The room’s heater could not keep the temperature in the unit above 65 degrees F. Most of the time at night it was below 61 degrees. Even though the temperature in DC during my visit is very low. After inspecting the heater unit installed in the window, it was poorly installed, it was hold together with plastic pieces and glue. There should be minimum requirements to put these units on VRBO and Expedia. The owner came up with a temporary solution of putting in a space heater. Those things...
