« Quiet neighborhood, just outside the main gate of JBAB. Yonus was very kind and quick to respond when we had a question. Parking on the street is free and was always avaliable. Absolutely nothing negative to say. Our experience was fabulous! »

The host had amenities in place, like chilled glasses in freezer, drinks, coffee, toiletries, and even a pride-themed toilet paper stack! « This property is right in the Main Street running through Chesapeake Beach and North Beach. It's close to the beaches, restaurants, and close to all of the local attractions. The room itself was large, clean, and comfortable, and the building was both quiet, secure, and well kept. We'll definitely be back! »

Although we had some initial difficulty getting into the property, we were delighted with the place, the area, and all of the recommendations that were provided. It is conveniently located a couple of blocks from the Metro stop and we found it easy to get around all areas of DC. « I came to North Beach for a friend’s wedding near by. The Guest Quarters was a cute place and very welcoming. The instructions provided were clear and easy to enter into the building and room. The location is in a great spot - easy walk to the cute shops and to the beach. I would stay there again! »

« Everything was as described, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The house was perfect for my husband, two young children (ages 5 and 2), and our dog. It was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and thoughtful amenities like white noise machines, a child door/stair gate, toys, and a high chair were provided.
