Confortable appartement 1 chambre King George au 1er étage juste en face de l'USNA

  • Enjoy this one bedroom first floor apartment that's right across from Gate 2 of the U.S. Naval Academy. It's a short 1 block walk onto the USNA yard and 2 blocks to get to all of the restaurants, shops and water taxi on Ego Alley and everything that downtown Annapolis has to offer on Main Street and in Eastport. There are 8 steps to go up to get into the front entrance. Once you enter the front entrance there are no steps to enter the apartment. The apartment has a fully updated kitchen if you'd like to eat in, with a microwave, stove and dishwasher. The full bath has been completely remodeled. This home offers the charm of a historic home with modern day conveniences. Before the recent updates were made Walter Cronkite even stayed in the unit in the early 80's when his sailboat was downtown!

    Check in is after 4pm. If we can accommodate an earlier check in we will.

    Guest access:
    You will have full access to the one bedroom first floor apartment. In addition you have access to shared washer and dryer located in the basement and a shared courtyard and grill out back.

    Other things to note:
    There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size pull out couch in the living room.

Perfect apartment extremely close to USNA

We were thrilled to be able to return to this great apartment.It is very close to Gate 1 and the sofa bed has a great mattress on it!We hope to continue to return to this rental.

Wonderful stay in Annapolis

The location is perfect! Walking distance to everything you want see in Annapolis. So much history, great museums, restaurants. Paid overnight parking is a bit of a walk, but worth it to be so close to town.

Close to everything

We enjoyed our stay at this prime location. First level floor was nicely equipped and had a lovely layout. Loved the historic finishes and charm of the place. Parking lot was a few blocks away near the private college.

Roomy apartment for two

Great location. Spacious apartment. Great contact with manager who allowed us a 1 hour early check-in for our circumstances. Cleanliness and amenities were great. Even though we only used the coffee maker on our one night stay, the small kitchen was very nice. Would stay here again.

25th reunion

This is a great place. Close to everything downtown, yet just far enough away it is still quiet. We were able to easily walk to DTA, enjoy all it had to offer and could come back to what felt like our own personal spaces. With the kitchen and living room we were able to host our friends and still felt like we had room.

Place was great! Right across the street from the Academy. Clean, large, safe. Owner helped with parking passes so we could enjoy walking around town.

Perfect location for checking out historic area.

Couldn't have chosen a better location for our two night stay. Nice clean apartment unit, well supplied with everything we needed. The owner, Julie, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend!

This place is adorable!

Clean. Great location. Adorable inside…so much original charm but not outdated and a well-stocked kitchen (which we didn’t use but I made note of it for future visits!). Julie was quick to answer all my questions.

Location location location!

I stayed a few extra days after USNA parents weekend. The property was perfect to stay close to USNA and to town. I walked everywhere. Definitely will return.

We were to use the pull-out couch. It was jammed and we could not get it all the way out. Took out mattress and I slept on floor during stay. We wrote the Landlord to let her know that we could also not put the mattress back. No reply in over 24 hours.- The living room light was missing three bulbs.- The kitchen was clean as well as the bath.- The main bedroom was clean.- We could not use the outside patio because the exit to the patio was not safe (needed cleaning/ paint chip removal) and also there were tools out there and a cigarette stub. Especially, the patio has poisen ivy growing on it and the table and chairs have not been cleaned.We wonder if the Landlord(s) have visited this property recently. Thank you.
