« The location is perfect. It is secluded, quiet and very convenient to Fredericksburg and Enchanted rock. The home is well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. The furnishings are comfortable, lots of outdoor seating. There is plenty of parking. The internet worked great. The host was very responsive to all our questions both before and during our stay. While we would call the property family friendly, we would not recommend for toddlers. We had 5 kids in our group, ages 5 and under. ...

« We chose the property for proximity to SudsMonkey, where we were competing in a BBQ competition. It’s a guest house, so you are close to the host and neighbor (but we never felt that was a negative—plenty of privacy). Rain kept us from enjoying the patio. We loved the enormous kitchen—unusual for smaller houses. Plenty of space to cook and eat. The decor was interesting and eclectic and I assure you will surprise you in a few instances! Excellent host and experience. »

« There's several gates to get to Box 3, which makes it a little daunting to get through when you're coming back from a long day. I wish it had been noted that there was no central heat or air. The space heaters tripped the circuit breaker our first night, but they were quick to address it and comped us a day for the hassle, which was very considerate. « We didn’t get to try all they had there but it was good to stay while we were there for a wedding. It would be a great to stay there for a while to enjoy it all. We used the ranch house and cabin and both were clean and nice. The owners were easy to reach and replied quickly. We would stay here again. »
