They informed us the next day that it would only be free at night because they require a full day to clean. Whatever. Arrived at 9 pm for a stay for our third anniversary and were locked out. No response, no info. I don't understand how you can be this incompetent. It's not difficult to include the minimum entry requirements in your emails or to pick up the phone if you don't. Unreal. »
