« Communication with host in advance was horrible. VRBO had to get involved. Only received the most basic check in info at 2:45pm on day of check in and only because I kept reaching out. When we arrived the temp was above 80 and after 15 min of trying was not changing. There were dead bugs on 2 of the bath towels and on kitchen counter, it was dirty and smelled of smoke. We contacted VRBO and after the ring around we were able to be transferred to a new place. Do not recommend!!! »

« The smell of this place was overwhelming as soon as you walk in. Based on that alone I would not stay here again. This is also advertised as a duplex and it is not a duplex. It’s an apartment complex with some questionable neighbors. The carpet needs to be replaced or a deep clean at the very least. The things this place does have going for it are location is convenient and communication with the host was very quick when we were confused about check-in. »

« This property was a fantastic place to stay in Pelham. The location is perfect. It is close to food and other amenities and it is also close to Oak Mountain State Park. The apartment was very clean with modern appliances and furniture. Our stay was very comfortable and convenient to the places that we needed to go. I definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable stay in Pelham. My wife and I will certainly be back. »
