Welcome to Bama Creek House!
This family friendly property sits on 5 acres of peaceful, wooded land in the Woodbank Subdivision. Deer, rabbits, and other wildlife are in abundance and can be seen most evenings. This is a shared property with a small family living upstairs. The rental space is a basement apartment with it is own private entrance.
The Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and gadgets needed to make a meal. You will have a Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker, as well as a starter set of coffee supplies
Living Space: This newly renovated apartment has an open floor plan. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area. There is a smart TV, games, and foosball table. There is a portable crib, high chair, children's toys, and baby bath that can be brought in upon request. There is a desk in the common area with a large monitor that our guests are able to hook up to.
There is one bedroom, with a King bed and bunk bed with a Twin XL over a Queen.
Outdoor Space: The backyard is fully fenced-in, so bring your pets! There is a wood burning chimney outside that you are welcome to use, and plenty of seating. There is also a propane fire pit table to enjoy! There is also a child's playhouse with a swing set in the fenced in area.
Pets: Pets are allowed! There are 2 friendly cats that live on the premises, but they do not have access to the downstairs apartment. You may see Leo and Luna wandering around outside, and they are happy receive outdoor cuddles and scratches.
Climate Control: Please be aware that the apartment does not have it's own access to climate control. However, guests may reach out to request warmer or cooler temperatures. An electric fireplace and space heaters are provided in case of it seems a bit chilly.

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*
*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*
*Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
