« The condo was exactly as described. It’s very convenient, furnished with high end furniture and has everything you need. The included parking spot was great. The only issue we experienced was street noise (proximity to bars), but that was expected with a weekend stay. The nice, clean condo and being central to everything outweighed the noise for us. « We couldn't have asked for a better location for the NCAA Beach Championships. We were across the street from The Hangout, which is where the tournament was held. It is a studio and the bed was comfortable. It was not fancy but was nice and all we needed. »

« Super location. If the Hangout and the beach are your destination this place is perfect. Nothing fancy but has what you need to have a good beach vacation. You can park your car and walk to dozens of restaurants and shopping areas. »

« Perfect location in Fairhope! We were within walking distance of the Muncipal Pier, restaurants and ALL the shops. There was no need to use your vehicle again once you arrived unless you wanted to venture out to The Grand (which I highly recommend for spectacular sunset views and the ambiance)! The beignets at Panni Petes were amazing and breakfast at Julwins tastes as if it came straight from your grandmother’s kitchen. « The property was a bit dated but they were working on upgrades during my visit in certain areas. Otherwise the unit was fresh and clean. View was nice partial view of gulf. Short walk to beach from unit. No issues with parking. Enjoyed the security person nice fellow and helpful. The people l met during my stay were friendly. Not too far from any attractions, food, and shopping. »
