« Good location to downtown Folly beach and many beach access points! It was to have a place that would allow our dog to vacation with us. Access to W/D essential, due to the beach. Overall, I felt that the property was a little run down. While the kitchen was nicely updated, the bathroom was not that nice. Also, the windows were really dirty. The property could havre been landscaped just a little (or at least the trash in the back yard could have been cleared). »
