« We stayed here during a recent trip to Grand Rapids and unfortunately left disappointed. The property had several issues with cleanliness — there was an unpleasant smell, the floor vents and spaces under furniture were dirty, and dust had built up behind the drapes. Towels were scarce, there were no mattress covers, and the kitchen had a random hodge-podge of items that made cooking difficult. « Check in/out was easy. The location was right on the end of a channel off the lake and easy to get to. The dock was convenient for the boat we rented. All 4 rooms had good beds and linens. Washer/dryer were very nice to have. »
