« The property was worn down. The furniture in the kitchen, bath and living room was stained and worn. The rugs were very dirty or so badly stained they didn’t come clean. The bedding felt unclean and the sheets were pilled. There was hair on the bedding in one bedroom. There was a smell to the property that the owner said was probably from dampness in the basement. The house is old so some things are to be expected but not with the cleanliness and wear and tear of the furniture. The host was...

« Everything was clean. The sheets, bedding, and towels were really soft. The building was awesome. So many amenities including the library and game rooms. Views were great from this location in the building. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Super clean, spacious, comfy bed, quality linens, new furnishings and well appointed with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, coffee, tea and creamer both regular and flavored. Convenient location near freeway and close to downtown Grand Rapids. The property featured a food truck on the night of our arrival. »

« It was a fine place. Good location, good communication, and clean. My issue; however, is the place is a basement, and there are no handrails, which made it difficult for us.If you'd need a handrail to safely navigate a stairwell, then this place isn't for you. If you get around fine, this place is good. »

« Michelle, and her team were truly awesome! We do wish the place would have had a washer and dryer, cooking utensils, more hand and kitchen towels, over door hangers for used towels, also, broom and mop, need more lamps for bedrooms. WiFi was a little spotty, maybe a book with instructions and near by groceries and services. This is our wish list! For the next time we come into Grand Rapids.Can’t wait to come back!! »
