« Overall, we enjoyed the condo. It was roomy (1500 sq ft), clean, and in a very convenient location. We liked that it was all on the main level. It was close to everything (downtown, restaurants). Parking is close to the door and is dedicated to the complex, which made unloading, loading, and taking off to visit the area very convenient.Communication could have been better, but that is about the only nitpick. Overall, we would definitely recommend. »

« I am relocating for work and needed about 1 1/2 week to stay for my first trip, my friend drove down with me for a few days and she arrived first. She was very impressed with the place! For myself, i stayed longer and it was right next to the downtown area and a straight shot to my new place of employment. In such an area to be able.to scope a lot out and no traffic. »

« We had a great experience at this property. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from WKU and the location was perfect. It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood and it was an easy walk to campus. »
