« This house was not prepared to host guests during the winter with a broken fireplace, multiple broken windows, and no heat which put the safety of our group at risk amid sub-zero temperatures. The lack of a response or resolution from this host left us stranded in a winter storm without heat while snow and ice came in through the windows. This house would not pass a safety inspection and VRBO risks the health and safety of guests by allowing this house to be booked on their site. »
