« This is a fantastic home for a family vacation. It is spacious, well-equipped and located in a great area. The views are spectacular and the back yard with a pond and waterfall is very relaxing. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the Grandfather Mountain area for vacation. »

« The unit was immaculate. Kitchen was well appointed. Unit overlooked 1st tee on Grandfather Mt. golf course. Our hostess was wonderful and we knew if we wanted or needed anything she was available to help. This was an A experience. »

« Wonderful peaceful location surrounded by woods with a great view of grandfather mountain. The interior has many nice high end features and is very comfortable as well. Overall a great getaway spot. »

« Family gathering to celebrate graduation at LMC. Accommodations were excellent - some minor maintenance items need to be addressed. Overall, the house met every need. »

« Carlson's Crawdad House was amazing. I wish our entire 7 day stay in NC would have been here. Super clean, crisp fresh sheets and pillows, A/C worked great as it was in the high 80's - low 90's outside. Felt like home in the mountains. Large enough for 2 families. Thank you we would love to stay here again. »

« Loved this property. Single level made things so easy. The kitchen is huge and is very well stocked with just about everything. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are very nicely appointed, particularly the primary suite bath. A stupendous view of Grandfather Mountain from nearly every room. The circular drive was great and made coming and going very easy. Very near to Sugar Mountain and all of its activities. Short drives to Valle Crucis and Banner Elk as well. The only negative I...

« We Loved this Perfect Cabin on Sugar Mountain! The cabin exceeded all our needs. The cabin was clean, perfect location with an amazing view, plenty of space for our family to celebrate our son’s graduation from App State. We spend a lot of time in Boone/Banner Elk area and this cabin is one we will be returning to. The staff at the rental office were amazing answering several questions helping us out with a forgotten item. Highly Highly Recommend!! »
