« This wonderful little gem is at the top of the mountain. It’s a great ride up the road to the top of the mountain. The view was wonderful. The house was really a perfect size for just the two of us. It was well stocked with what we needed or wanted. The nice thing was that the owners were right next-door in their house if we needed anything they would’ve come over in a moment. I would highly recommend working with this owner or renting this cabin. »

« Very charming cabin at the end of a quiet street. We saw lots of deer and turkey while sitting on the porch. The cool mountain air was so enjoyable this time of year. All the windows had screens so we could keep them open. Close to downtown Banner Elk restaurants and everything we came to do on Sugar Mountain. Would recommend. Perfect for kids, ours really liked the game machine. »

The house is located very conveniently to town and the property provides ample room for walking your pets. We are planning on coming back for another stay soon since our weekend weather was on the soggy side. »

The washer doesnt spin the water out (even after 2 spin cycles), and the dryer took almost 3 hours to dry 1 load. The place overall was beautiful! But does need a good top to bottom cleaning (walls/doors in bathrooms and by kitchen trash were dirty). Kitchen...
