« This cottage was the perfect spot for our visit to UVA for the NCAA Lacrosse championships. The group consisted of myself, my son and four of his lacrosse teammates from W&J. We all loved the spot. We grilled food, caught & released some really nice fish, the boys enjoyed the hot tub - and we just generally had a great, relaxing, time. The cottage was well equipped and everything worked perfectly. The weather cooperated for the most part and the trip back and forth to Scott Stadium was easy...

« Our book club had our annual reading retreat here and it was a lovely time! The property was perfect for a weekend of cozy reading, group dinners, and movie nights. Hosts were super accommodating, providing a lot of extra cleaning supplies like soap and paper towels. On our trip, groups were able to explore the caverns, a lavender farm, and the arboretum! Overall, it was a lovely trip and we are so grateful we got the chance to stay! »

« If I could give more than five stars I would. House is stocked with everything you need and then some. So peaceful and we love hearing the sound of the stream. The dogs loved the backyard and fire pit is amazing. »

« The cottage was furnished so cute! Everything you need in the kitchen with the basics of oils, herbs. Quiet setting too. The best part for our group was the location of the tasting room! Probably 20 steps away. After long drives for all of us, it was nice to just walk over and have sandwiches and try the wine flights. The host communicated quickly when we had a question. We would stay again. »

« Krista was amazing to communicate with. She was on top of everything, and when something unexpected happened she went out of her way to accommodate my husband and I. The cabin is *magical*. It is our favorite place we’ve ever stayed in Wintergreen. The fireplace, the big windows & sunlight, the well stocked kitchen, the VIEWS, and the space. Very clean, and obviously loved and well taken care of. We loved it, thank you for welcoming us into your home! It’s a treasure. »

« The property was welcome to pets, however we did not bring ours. There was plenty of board games and a nice binder about the owner and the property. The host was extremely responsive and i believe the stay was worth the cost. My wife only wants to stay there when we go back to Virginia now. »
