« The hotel is gorgeous with plenty of amenities. Shawn at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind and arranged a late check out for us when our flight was delayed until the evening. Shawn was always welcoming and smiling. »

« Great amenities. Enjoyed the spa, steam room, bar,falcon class, hiking trails and more. I was surprised the heated pools were open in February next time I'm bringing my bathing suit for some winter swimming. Our room was in the 700 building overlooking the lake. It did have a mini fridge that was a nice surprise. It didn't have elevator so conceige kindly carried my luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Our room did have an updated bathroom and a small outdoor balcony overlooking the lake....

« This place is cheap normally(relative to Omni/Residence Inn) and in close distance to the old town, there is nearby street parking(2 hour limit 8-5 or 8-6 pm). I didn't have to pay for parking because I arrived at 4 pm, and checked out shortly after 10 am. The restaurant across the street called Black Cow Chophouse is great, and has a reasonable happy hour menu. »

« I would give a 5 if it wasn’t for the carpet in the room Don’t understand why still in 2025 they do room with carpet, as it is so disgusting since they cannot be washed between clients. What kind of thing is accumulated down there ! But for the rest, the rooms and everything is very well kept and clean The breakfast are decent Easy parking, and good choices of restaurants near by Not to far from the highway »

« Second time there, for a week each time. Excellent hotel: perfect location between the downtown mall and the Main Street of CV. Free car park, good breakfast. Super clean rooms in excellent condition. Low noise from the street. »

« What a great location! Walking distance to UVA's central campus, to Main Street, to the hospital. Valet parking only, which usually drives me nuts but the staff here was so quick with grabbing my car that I didn't mind. Friendly and happy to recommend restaurants. Great cafe on property and a bar in the main building, which we didn't try but looked gorgeous. Fantastically comfortable bed. Would absolutely stay here again. »
