1st Bedroom: King size memory foam mattress with ADJUSTABLE base, desk, smart tv & gorgeous view of the mountain range and you can see your parked cars from here. A large walk-in closet, air purifier/noise cancellation fan, luggage rack, extra pillows/blanket & a small safe located in the dresser
2nd Bedroom: Twin over twin bunk beds and Queen with memory foam mattress. 55” Smart tv w/NES Nintendo system over 600 old school games on it. Air purifier/noise cancellation fan and large walk-in closet. In this closet has a Beauty Parlor, With a table and 2 beauty mirrors. This is where makeup and hair styling can be done comfortably. Cornhole games is stored in here as well as a luggage racks, board games and a highchair
Kitchen: (The mountain view in the picture is a window mural, not an actual view) Enjoy a full view of the living room/tv from the kitchen seating area & the mountain range/yard view out of the windows. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to entertain and cook during your stay. Stainless steel appliances: Oven/Stove, Microwave, fridge (no ice maker) Other small appliances: Air Fryer Confection Oven Combo, Crock pot, Electric Water Kettle, Blender, Toaster, Coffee maker, Keurig (Coffee/Tea Provided), Island, rice maker, Water filter Pitcher (in fridge), Spices & all cooking/Cooking oil/Bowls, Cookware, Pots/pans, Etc.
Laundry Room: Washer & Dryer. Ironing Board & Iron. A large connect four wall game and a pin the ball on the game (See pictures) A pack and play, baby bath, Basketballs/footballs & small basketball hoop are in here (There is a basketball court within close walking distance of the apartment & can be seen from the porch)
Living Room: Comfy seating area with a sectional, 70" Smart Tv, Electric fireplace heater -stocked full of board games/puzzles. And a full-size Pac-Man arcade with several different games on it!
Kids Playroom/Cave: With interactive wall game, animal pillows, puzzles and stand play table.
Private porch and fully fenced in yard (wooden fence with wire mesh secure for even the smallest of dogs) There is a doggy door that leads out to the fully fenced-in yard. Please clean up after your pup (pooper scoopers provided)
Covered patio seating with full sectional sofa & patio string lighting, swing set, gas grill, propane fire pit. Picnic style table so you and your family can enjoy the sunsets over dinner. Keep your eyes out for little bunnies, deer & squirrels running around outside. And enjoy a game of cornhole in the yard.
This space is a basement apartment with a private entrance through the walkout basement door on the south side of the house. There is a heavy storm proof metal door at the bottom of the stairs that separates it from the upstairs. The door is equipped with two-sided locks and also a latch lock for you to use. All locks will remain locked at all times for your privacy. The upstairs is where me and my roommate reside. No kids or animals stay on this level. So the basement apartment is quiet and comfy. All I ask is that you kindly respect indoor and outdoor quiet hours as do we.
I look forward to hosting you! House rules -Please remove your shoes upon entering the suite. There is a shoe rack by the door. I appreciate your cooperation in helping keep the carpets clean -Quiet hours are from 11pm - 6am. Please be respectful and aware of the noise levels -Cigarettes/Vaping outside only. Please use the ashtray for your cig butts and please don't throw them on the property -No weed/other drugs brought into the suite or smoked on or around the property at any time -No open flame indoors like candles, scent burners etc -I accept Dogs but do NOT accept cats/other animals allowed at any time. Please include your pup(s) in the reservation before booking to get the correct total with dog fees included -There is a doggy door that leads out to the fully fenced-in yard. Please clean up after your pup (pooper scoopers provided) -This property is not suitable for parties/events/gatherings to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for neighbors and surrounding areas. This is to ensure compliance with local regulations. and prevent overcrowding. Guests may have visitors over as long as it doesn't exceed 6 people total at one time. But there is a charge of $15 per visitor per day. And $25 per night for visitors that stay that are not on the listed in the reservation. And please no overnight guests that are not on the reservation. A fee of $200 will be assessed as well as immediate termination of your reservation without refund -Violating 6 people max may result in your immediate dismissal from the property and assessment of a $300-$500 penalty -Late Checkout/Early Check in is $35 per hour

Everything about this place was great. Amenities, location close to lots of things to do and not too far to Denver for a day trip. Ashley was amazing and excellent at communication. The yard was great for my 6 month old Golden grand dog. We stayed a week and it was great. Kitchen was perfect for feeding the 4 of us. Neighborhood is a quiet famliy friendly area. Great for a getaway without hearing people party all night. We will stay again with her next time we are in the area.

We loved this VRBO! First off, it’s so clean. The carpets are soft and cozy. The electric fireplace is welcoming and warming. Ashley, the owner, has thought of all the helpful details - extra hooks throughout (so often vacation by owners don’t think of how helpful this detail is!), and a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. The hot tub was wonderful. Plenty of on street parking that’s close to the rental. Very private. Tons of fun games and kids stuff. And close to many things. We even walked down to the basketball court and played with the balls Ashley had provided. We would LOVE to stay here again. One last note: there are a list of requests (shoes off, quiet hours) but it’s clear these make the place really nice. So it’s worth it and respectful to follow them.

The host is unfriendly and uneasy to communicate. Due to our travel plan’s change, we bring our 2 small dogs with us without paying the pet fee with our reservation. We inform the host upon our arrival( a bit before 10:30pm) thinking it would be ok as long as we pay the fee. The host appears to be quite upset. First she complains us for telling her late at night even though having been informed ahead of time our late arrival ), saying it is beyoud her normal bedtime. At about 1:30am she sends us a message about requesting pet fee with a threat about terminating us. Not only that, she apparently sends a complaint about us to VRBO. As a result, I receive 4 calls and an email from VRBO the next early morning, which makes us extremely uncomfortable and our mood for a good vacation completely is washed away. We feel that she actually doesn’t like dogs even though she says she can take up to 2 dogs. The fireplace is not working during the stay. The owner is informed but no responses until couple days after our departure. So we live in the cold through our stay. The apartment is right underneath the host’s living quarter with bad noise insulation. Heavy footsteps and noise from opening doors are heard from upstairs. We are so nervous as well about the noise from our normal activities would transfer to the upstairs since she can’t stress enough about her concerns about any noise from downstairs in the instruction. This is the worst property we’ve ever booked!!

It is a nice property that was clean and in a cute neighborhood. It is the downstairs of a two story home so we could hear some noise from upstairs. We mainly chose this property to have a yard for our dogs and the yard was perfect. If you stay with dogs make sure to set them up in the back bedroom as we learned our first night that the kitchen area is located next to the closed off stairs. We were notified almost immediately that we couldn’t have the dogs barking. But we did not have any more problems after moving them to another room. Also make sure to read all of the house rules as there are quite a few but I believe that is why the property is so nice and clean. The owner was good at communicating and overall it was a good stay.

Super cozy spot
The home was cozy and had everything we needed. The beds and couch were super comfortable. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The outside space and surrounding neighborhood are peaceful. There is a great view of the mountains from the back door. The host quickly answered our questions. The space was on the bottom level of the host's home. While we did hear them once or twice up above, it was not noisy - they were very quiet. The home is close to lots of key places of interest, like Garden of the Gods. We would definitely stay here again.

This lower level location has everything you need for a family to stay near many great attractions in the area! Exceptional clean, well stocked with supplies and great communication with the host! We stayed for 6 nights in this very quiet location. We didn’t have any extra time to enjoy the outside amenities but would definitely stay here again if needed in this area. Highly recommend!

Pleasantly Cozy, Relaxing and Comfortable
Driving into the neighborhood was a refreshing and already comfortable to the eyes after a 6 hour drive.
An easy way in from the side entrance and into a pleasant clean and fresh scent. Each room we entered was cozy and clean, we were ready to enjoy and relax from the moment we entered!
Plenty of room for Me, my husband and our 5 year old granddaughter who joined us on the trip.
The areas of play for my granddaughter and eventually my 2 year old grandson were perfect. They enjoyed the outdoor swing set and small trampoline to the area big enough to run and chase each other. Then into the small hidden play room next to the very well played with Arcade machine! We all of course enjoyed playing the Arcade machine with the several games it had to play on it!
The kitchen was easy to use with all they had stocked in it. We were able to make a few great breakfast meals and dinners for us and then our son, his wife and two grandsons.
We also used the washer and dryer there that was easy to use. Don’t forget to empty the water from the dryer area after every load!! They also had supplies to wash and dry our clothes.
We enjoyed the electric fireplace that kept us cozy and warm after getting caught in the rain on our fishing trip. Bathroom was stocked with extra items to shower or bathe if needed. Everything was clean and prepped for a wonderful stay.
Let me finish with how cozy and comfortable the beds were after each day of busyness.

Cute Little Place
The place was really cute. It's a walkout basement to a house where the owners live above. The decor was nice and the pacman game was a treat. The little extras for kids was a nice touch. We had access to the backyard but weren't there long enough to utilize it. All of the little details, like hooks to hang things on, extra storage, and labels for things, were appreciated. The only negative thing I would say is that we could hear noises from the people above. Other than that, the place was great.

Great place, great time.
Extremely welcoming, maintained and full transparency of expectations. There were in fact guidelines listed around the unit for everything from the shower to the T.V. and they were definitely welcome overall. Clean space, great location with amenities close by. All utilities were present other than a full oven, which caused some creativity in cooking, but between the flat griddle, the air fryer and the microwave, we made due.
The only critical comment id leave for future guests is that this is a lower level in a house that functions as an apartment. It was definitely unexpected, but was not an issue beyond hearing people upstairs.
Overall, 5 stars, it was well worth the time and money we spent there and the hosts were very helpful and welcoming.

Property is nice, clean, and in a good location, however, given inaccuracies of the property listing and interactions with the property manager made our experience less than enjoyable.
The property is a walkout basement apartment of the house and several rules that must be followed (see the updated “read full description” of the listing, do not rely on the “House Rules” section). When attempting to clarify all the rules after booking, the property manager was unresponsive for more than 3 days and then became defensive when it was pointed out that the sections of the property listing (ie House Rules) were incomplete. The property says it accommodates 8 people, but it’s expected that you pay additional fees for more than 6 guests and are not allowed to have more than 8 people at the property at any time (including visitors). The sofa is a L-shaped sectional, it is not a sleeper/futon as indicated in the room & bed details which caused us to rearrange our sleeping arrangements after checking in.

Quiet location for Springs and Denver fun!
Nice quiet location for any activities in Colorado Springs and Denver. Very attentive host and super comfy bed!
On street parking was a concern but the quiet nice neighborhood quickly dissipated any concern.

Great place for a family
We really enjoyed our stay. The kids had a blast and everything was comfortable and clean.
