Hotel à Cochrane Alberta

Les + : La qualité des chambres, les déjeuners, l'accueil.
Les - : Prévoir plus de serviettes dans les chambres louées pour 4 personnes. Le ménage de la salle de bain était un peu léger, cheveux dans le bain....
Excellent accueil, chambre spacieuse et propre, avec réfrigérateur, micro-onde et cafetière. Nous y avons passé 6 nuits, les déjeuners du matin était vraiment très bien, du choix et de la quantité. Juste un petit reproche concernant le nombre de serviettes, qui était un peu trop juste pour 4 personnes, le ménage de la salle de bain était un peu vite fait..... Dans l'ensemble nous avons apprécié notre expérience et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Convenient Place to stay

Les + : Conveniently located to where we needed to go. Friendly Staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.
Very enjoyable stay. Hotel staff very helpful. Provided us with room upgrade as the floor that the room we had originally booked was now under renovation and staff gave us different room in quieter area of hotel.

NOT STAYING HERE AGAIN!

Les + : The breakfast wasn't too bad.
Les - : Clean the rooms, good grief! I cannot even imagine what's done in them to have them so dirty. The rugs~!
Situation : The only thing good is that there is a Tim Hortons right beside, walk over and get a coffee.
Where do I start? First of all, we didn't ask for a wheelchair room but that's what we got, no where on Expedia was it posted. Rug was filthy!, We took pictures of these huge stains, the couch mattress had no cushioning, you could feel the mattress coils, literally. The King bed was just as hard, no extra pillows and blankets, even tho we asked. Room temp was hard to regulate. I had visions of bed bugs...

The hotel was nice. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was good, but one day, some fo the food was out too long and was crunchy. The only nagative was the room was not cleaned well. We stayed more than one night and the cleaning was minimal. Not all the garbages got emptied, the floor was not cleaned, and the bathroom was not cleaned. The microwave did not work but they did replace it for us. A great positive was that when we check out they gave a us a fairly nice refund for our inconveniece. I was very happy how they handled our dissappointed espcially since it was out granddaughter who mentioned out concerns. I would definitely stay there again:)

Everything was okay except the room they put us in had tarps covering the whole side so you could not see out. No mention was made of this when checking in.
