« This is overall a really cool and peaceful place! It felt unique and fun and we in general had a great time. Sitting outside and reading in the jungly courtyard was a joy. The biggest issue was that both of the domes we saw had pretty significant mold on the inside, on the structural tarp and on some of the surfaces like the fan. The first one we tried had also really sickening perfume smell, though the property manager responded quickly and moved us. The pictures of a lily white nice dome...

« Pros: Very cozy dome, good AC, private bathrooms, good furnishings, very cute property, free local cenote was a highlight, quietCons: Wifi works sporadically and isn't strong when it connects (we couldn't rely on it even for WhatsApp, which made coordinating reservations a challenge), the property looks nice but the fountains empty into long troughs of standing water so the mosquitoes were TERRIBLE (far worse than even walking in the jungle that surrounds the area, and so bad that nobody ever...

« having such a beautiful home in a beautiful place was amazing, we’re already talking about “next time”! the property was very comfortable for my family of 13! each room had its unique scenery and design, loved how spacious it was for us and how easy it was to spend time outside with lots of seating and shade, we loved enjoying the views from the pool and rooftop. plus the coconuts and iguanas! really appreciated the on site staff, they were a great help and fun to talk to!we enjoyed exploring...

"This is an exceptional hotel and location both in the middle of a luxurious jungle with animals (coatis, raccoons, iguanas etc…) and by the sea. The room was well equipped and maintained with a small pool to linger at the end of the day. The hotel has many very large pools and many qualitative options to eat (Mediterranean, Mexican, Thai, Japanese). The staff is extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to return !"

"Una experiencia maravillosa, desde la llegada al hotel donde te reciben con un cocktail hasta el kids club que las animadoras son super lindas. La comida genial, de muy buena calidad, todo super limpio, incluso la playa que han logrado mantener una parte pequeña sin sargazo, hacen mucho esfuerzo por retirarlo. El personal en general muy amable. Lo único que me da un poco de pena es el uso de transporte de gasolina para trasladar a los huéspedes, espero que puedan reemplazar pronto con vehículos eléctricos."

"Ce n’est pas un hôtel très luxueux mais c’est vraiment très bien. J’avais un accès VIP on m’a offert le surclassement sans frais, chambre spacieuse et confortable. L’accès aux autres Bahía, il y en a pour tous les goûts. et les restaurants un gros WOW j’ai tellement bien mangé. Juste pour cela considérant le prix payé c’était bien au delà de mes attentes. Je recommande sans hésitations je serais restée plus longtemps pour bien profiter de toutes les possibilités! "

"Our stay at the Grand Sirenis Resort was incredible. The resort, paths, pool and beach are breathtaking. The entertainment employees were friendly and entertaining, especially Erik and Cecilio. The concierges at our building were very welcoming and helpful, so a big thank you to Adair, Luis, Jorge and Yessica. And Eduardo from Guest Services was a pleasant surprise to our stay. Every time he checked in on us, it was warm and friendly and we felt like if there were any issues, he would help us out. We recommend this resort to anybody wishing to visit the Riviera Maya region, with or without kids."
