« Very clean, neat, comfortable apartment!Some instructions for the television would have been helpful! The parking was a bit challenging for our truck, but we made it work . Definitely come again! »

« We communicated with someone from, not sure if it was in this country because I couldn’t understand the two agents I talked with at different times. The house was clean, but they did not dust. When I set my things on them they got dusty. Over all everything Was great. The bed was comfortable and slept well. »

« You'd never know you are downtown. Place is so quiet and the view is spectacular from both inside and from the deck. So close to lots of restaurants, theaters and the lakewalk. Very clean and it wasnt over decorated. Very relaxing. This a place that I would live in if it were available. »

« Easy access to Canal Park to drop off, then drive to support a runner in the half marathon in June. Would select this spot again. Fun to be near the drawbridge. »

« Perfect location, had everything we needed for a quick overnight to attend a concert at the DECC. Highly recommend Havana’s for dinner and Superior Waffles for breakfast. Simple and specific communication from the owner. Affordable, quaint and clean. Thanks for the hospitality! »

« Me and a buddy explored Duluth for a few days and this place was so conveniently located to everything! The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the keurig machine provided morning coffee! Great communication and easy to access the place. Highly recommend and would stay again! »
