A short one block walk from the apartment and you will find yourself on the Lakewalk, an 8 mile long paved trail stretching from Brighton Beach through Bayfront Festival Park and into the Lincoln Park Craft District. Within 3 blocks to Essentia Health and St. Luke’s hospital. Less than a mile walk to Bentlyville (in the winter), Bayfront Festival Park, the DECC and Amsoil Arena. Just open your door for a FRONT ROW VIEW to Grandmas Marathon race course in June.

Check in information will be provided at least one day prior to your arrival through email or the booking platform. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
