« The room was beautiful but the "city view" that I paid extra for was a view of the parking garage across the street. My biggest complaint was the street light that was shining on our bed with no way to close the drapes. There were heavy drapes on either side of the window and then a sheer drape in the middle that did nothing for blocking that light. You couldn't pull the heavy drape across due to the lack of size and the way they were made to stay put on either side. Very poor design and...

From the check in process with Steve, receiving extra towels (Ms. Housekeeper) thank you to Adriane provided much needed pillows for the bed. Best Team work.
