The layout of this home is particularly well suited to a vacationing family. No stairs, bedrooms are separate and feel like you have private space, but plenty of room in the common areas. « We had a great time in Phoenix visiting our son and Ray’s property was perfectly located. We had a bit of a hiccup checking in but Ray was quick with a phone call and we were in business. The property itself is amazingly restored and is in a neighborhood in the midst of revitalization - it could seem sketchy to some but we had no issues and never felt unsafe. 9/10 - would recommend. »
