« This was a cute little house with a very nice backyard! The dogs had a great time running around on the grass and the tall brick walls made me feel really safe letting them out there. The house itself was very clean and had everything in it you could possibly need. the only downside i encountered was the bottom bed on the bunk bed, you can feel every spring unfortunately. other than that, we enjoyed our stay! »

« Host was very accessible for answering questions and any needs we had. For example, there weren’t enough trash bags in the kitchen and when I notified them, they had a whole box of trash bags delivered in less than an hour. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. The house was peaceful and comfortably furnished. We didn’t try all the amenities but it was nice to have them available.I’ve travelled to Phoenix multiple times and I’ve only stayed in one other home that I enjoyed more. »

« The place is so comfortable and clean! It had everything we needed plus some! Minor hiccups were the passcode not being changed from previous visitor and some outdoor furniture being moved around (we didn’t see the info book which states that someone may be around to irrigate!). We didn’t bring our dogs but might next time as this place is perfect!We were very stressed about where our kiddo was going to sleep as we forgot to bring a pack and play, but they had one there!!! Really great spot »

« Pretty clean, no road noise but there is train somewhere near. Weird no shoes policy...wonder how the owner knows... Pros-two beds/bedrooms which meant two different mattresses choices, on firm and one soft. The location was pretty handy for getting around. Washer and dryer were a plus, we used them and they worked great. Cons-not a chair in the house, or hangers in any closets and only one spoon in the kitchen. 1/4 of a jar of regular coffee grounds but not a mug in the place. Had to drink out...

« We had a wonderful stay! Mel was an excellent host… responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for our stay. The location was perfect for us and very close to where we needed to be. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby that would be within walking distance if it weren’t for the Phoenix heat! Overall, it was the perfect place for our family, and we would absolutely stay here...
