« Overall this place was amazing. The rooms were amazing the marble floors, the location, the style of the home all amazing so much room. The only reason this home didn’t get 5 stars is because it was not clean. The floors were not swept or mopped and there was hair on the outside and inside of the showers. Bring your own cleaning supplies. Other than that I will be staying here for all of my trips. »

Took forever to get hot water to kitchen sink which affected the dishwasher - didn’t dissolve tablet, dishes still dirty. Master bathroom had a bit of sewer odor. But we would use this property again. »

« I’ve stayed at plenty of houses on Vrbo and this one by far is the best. He made it feel so welcoming and right at home. He was so sweet and let me celebrate my 21st birthday there. He came to check on us to make sure we didn’t need anything! I would definitely recommend staying here because I know I will be back for sure. »

« Overall it was an okay stay. The neighborhood wasn’t amazing and upkeep of house was alright. Some things were still dirty but not excessively. The stay wasn’t majorly impacted by the lack of attention to those details but it could’ve definitely made a difference had they been attended to. P.S. the parking should definitely be noted on the listing with a photo included. My car is very low to the ground and unless I was willing to scrape it I had to park on the street. Just something to note for...

« We were in town to visit our daughter who attends ASU on the downtown Phoenix campus. Home was a convenient location to downtown and other nearby amenities. Backyard is a lovely oasis. Smart devices throughout the home. Well appointed throughout, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home! »
