« The location of this property is wonderful. It is a block from the trailhead. It is clean and has a lovely area outside to sit.The negative for us was the fact that we could hear the neighbor in the apartment next door walking, closing the door, getting up in the morning. It seemed like there should be more soundproofing. That being said it was similar to being in a lower condo and hearing the people above you. It might not bother others.Peggy was a kind host. »

« Perfect 2 bedroom home in Sedona. Location is excellent. View is incredible! Great for watching the sunrise and has a shaded deck in late afternoon. Home is well equipped with nice features. Would highly recommend the home to anyone going to Sedona. The company managing the property sent some annoying text messages telling me an early check in or late checkout was available for 100 per hour. I wasn’t even interested but it made it clear that they were just trying to squeeze some extra money out...

« This was awful! The maid was in the home when we got there at 10:30pm. She then came back into the home when she left. She didn't even knock. The house was disgusting and so bad that we didn't stay there. We had no idea who she was and she just came back in and had access to the garage. I am sure she was lying there. There was a lot wrong. The owner messaged the next day and gave me our money back. »
