« My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. He thoroughly enjoyed the leather recliner and playing records on the turntable. I grew up in the neighborhood, so it was nice to be near family, but have a place to retreat to. The open kitchen, eating space, and living room combo was spacious and well-appointed, and the separate bedroom and bathroom spaces were clean and comfortable. We didn't bring pets, but are always thankful the option is offered! »

« Quiet enough except for being very close to the airport. some street noise...some airplane. it would be so much better with some dark or blackout curtains. especially in that front bedroom. the sun coming up before 6am directly into the front, east facing bedroom made for early mornings. but, comfortable enough, clean, the AC worked fine and it was .09 miles to the baseball stadium and just over 2 miles to the airport rental car center. worked for us. »

« We chose this location because we were attending an event at the Phoenix Convention Center. The location is super close. The community was clean and very quiet. We used the weight room and hung out at the pool area. The pool was NOT heated which was disappointing, but not the owners fault. However, it would have been nice to know as we chose this studio over others for its pool. The vicinity of the condo was a bit sketchy but we knew we were staying in downtown so didn't expect much. « Beds were comfy. Wish we could have figured out how to turn off air system. It was SO loud. Noise cancelling ear plugs saved the day.
