« This was such an extraordinary rental property. The pictures do not do this place justice. I visited Phoenix for graduation and my family and I were able to stay comfortably in the home. We loved the back patio to relax and the beds were amazing for resting. The home is a short walk to downtown and a short drive to many places. 10/10 I would definitely recommend. Highly impressed with the property and host. »

« The casita was excellent and located in a beautiful, safe, quite residential section near downtown Phoenix. The host was available to greet us and review the features of the property. Dining options were available within a short walk or driving distance. We only stayed one night but I would stay here again for an extended period and recommend this property to anyone who wished to stay in this area. »

« Loved every part of this place. Location central to everything in the area. Quiet area made it feel like we were the only ones around. Lovely pool area in back, perfect for kids and adults alike. « It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. »

« Overall this place was amazing. The rooms were amazing the marble floors, the location, the style of the home all amazing so much room. The only reason this home didn’t get 5 stars is because it was not clean. The floors were not swept or mopped and there was hair on the outside and inside of the showers. Bring your own cleaning supplies. Other than that I will be staying here for all of my trips. »

« Great unit. Fantastic location and layout. Only complaint is that the pool is locked in the middle of the building. So if your flight home is later than noon there is no way to just hang out at the pool. You would literally be locked in. And your key only works for the rooftop deck during certain hours. »
