« I had to go to doctors appointment fort my dad got this hostel last minute but wasn't a hotel more like air b and b and couldn't bet in we had to pay for another hotel it was late when we got there and couldn't get a hold of anyone till we were at another hotel also couldn't get a refund so ya was horrible experience and wast of money looks nice but wouldn't know. « Newly renovated rooms are excellent, old ones are okay. I upgraded to new room after a day and really enjoyed the stay. I love the location because it is closer to airport, and in the center to west, east or south loops. I would highly recommend anyone to upgrade to the new rooms. »

« It started bad, there was wrong information on their website stating check-in ended at midnight, and my flight was delayed with me not arriving until after. Even with me calling multiple times, no one would answer the phone. I eventually just showed up and they allowed me to check in. Parking is $44 a day, and you have to verbally tell them that you're not having a car or they will charge you daily. Which doesn't make sense, because when my girlfriend showed up and parked, she pulled the slip...
