« We came to Gainesville, VA because my aunt passed. The woman at the desk when we arrived was nice. I left as soon as we got there at 10pm, Around 11:30pm a man walked into the room. « Upon entering the hotel the lobby smelled clean as did the elevators. I like how there were drinks both nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverage available for purchase what could make it better? Pool and hot tub! »

« Property was great. I called for late check in, after midnight. After plane delays it was later & the reservation was canceled. I was still charged for the night. »
