« The hotel overall is a very cute, trendy, and in a convenient location. But we had a lot of concerns: 1. The fridge had an odor of old food along with stains in it 2. The only mirror is the bathroom sink 3. There was nowhere in the shower to place my own toiletries; also difficult to wash legs without a step of some sort 4. The sink clogs and the water was cloudy, also food was coming out of the drain and there seemed to be an odor there as well 5. Called guest services/housekeeping 3 times...

« Our recent stay was enjoyable, offering abundant wildlife and excellent lake views. However, we noted that towel replacement service is not provided, necessitating guests to air-dry towels within their cabins. We recommend bringing additional towels for convenience. This information would have been beneficial to know prior to our arrival, as we found ourselves reusing damp towels. While designated as a "premium cabin," the accommodation is rather compact. They still have not responded I didn't get a refund for the last night I wasn't at there hotel. My son's birthday was this weekend and we enjoyed ourselves I will be returning there soon. « This is a great location if you arrive by train. There is also parking nearby. Easy to use the code sent to gain remote access. My room was pleasant, well appointed and comfortable. Shops and places to eat are very close. »
