Surrounded by trees, this stunning Villa sits in a quiet position on the side of a hill. It is a charming stone house surrounded by 300 square metres of Mediterranean garden. It is situated on a footpath, but less than 50 metres from access by taxis and 300 metres from the main road from Capri to Marina Piccola. You can reach it by foot in 15 minutes the famous 'Piazzetta'. Beaches are also approximately 15 minutes walking distance.
Hidden among the green gardens to guarantee privacy from the outside, the villa has three large terraces, all overlooking the sea with stunning views. The first one which is leading to the main entrance of the villa, is furnished with a table and chairs made where you can have your breakfast sitting under pinetrees, and enjoy the breathtaking view of the bay and the Faraglioni.  You can reach the second terrace by a staircase from the garden, or from the master bedroom where you can sit around a confortable small and very elegant, travertine-lined swimming pool. All pool comforts are provided: beds, towels chairs, sun umbrellas, small tables, so that guests can relax and swim. You also have a changing room with a shower for your confort. From this terrace another few steps take you to a lemon garden and to a small gate from where you reach the main street going to the Marina Piccola beach.
Interior: The main entrance to the villa takes you into the dining and the living room, which also has a fireplace. The room is full of light and from the window you can admire the stunning wiew on the sea and the Faraglioni.
The furniture and the "Vietri" tiles on the floor give to the house the tipical Capri style touch. All the rooms, the kitchen and the bathrooms have been refurbished and are fitted with all comforts including air conditioning. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. On the lower floor there is the master bedroom with bathroom ensuite and 1 double (twin) bedroom with ensuite bathroom. From these rooms you can accede directly to the terrace and the pool.
