Located between Costco and Walmart on the beach side in the Cabo Tourist Corridor bordering El Tezal, this condo is only a quick 10 minute Uber ride to downtown and the marina with fabulous shopping and restaurants for you to experience.

Getting Around:
If you don't wish to rent a car, Uber is a great option to move around and taxis are available 24/7.

This is a brand new development completely finished and waiting for your enjoyment. However please be aware that there is a construction goin on near the development, so there might be some construction noise. For this reason we are offering a reduced rate. This is a great deal considering the amenities and great location of this brand new condo.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.

Please note that a $12 Environmental Fee per stay will be applied to all bookings starting February 2025, to support local sustainability
