Perfectly equipped for our stay and all access to the Marina area, shops and restaurants. Landon was great with knowledge of the area and recommendations for things to do. « We had a wonderful stay at Punto Nima in San José del Cabo. Although it was only a short stay, we really enjoyed our time there. The condo was beautiful...clean, spacious and very comfortable, with an amazing balcony and great views. The location was perfect, with the beach, great restaurants, shops and coffee spots all within walking distance. Monica was super helpful throughout our stay and made everything really easy for us. « 15 minute drive to the beach, not as advertised as a 10 minute walk, you cannot walk there, you have to cross a highway. The beds are not comfortable, need new pillows. The blinds are in ill repair or missing. The ceiling in the shower looks like it’s going to fall in. The whole place needs a coat of paint and there is no fire/smoke alarm anywhere. The dishwasher doesn’t work. The AC worked good and there was a grocery store close by. »

Our condo had far more space, more amenities, twice the bathrooms, it was quieter, and we had easy access to the same beach that the resort used, all for a lot less money.
