« We know the Estancia property well and really enjoyed staying at this Estancia unit in Cabo. Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus! Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes. Our kids loved...

« Maria’s condo is a home away from home. Beautifully appointed and lovely grounds. Best part of the stay was discovering aqua fit classes are taught 3 times a week and are free 😊 (thanks again Debbie) Easy walk to old town and great restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity. « Loved it. Had never been to this condo so we only booked the condo for 5 nights. We were moving to our favorite hotel on the marina for our last 5 nights. The condo was so amazing we emailed the owner to ask if there was anyone coming in after us for the next 5 nights and if not,could we stay. « My sister and I enjoyed our stay immensely in San José del Cabo. The condo was large and the view and sunrises were stunning. A few things to note: 1) the condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator (pack lightly!); 2) there is filtered water via the kitchen, so no need to worry about bottled water(s); 3) bring your own binoculars because there are migrating whales (mostly humpbacks) right off the beach in front of the condo!; 4) you can access Mama Mia's restaurant right down the beach...

« Great location is an easy walk to the marina. The facility is pretty basic. No hot tub. No restaurant. A bit of a walk to the beach. »

« We loved everything about it. Perfect getaway and had everything we needed. The pool bar was such a bonus with breakfast and lunch and the local market was so convenient. There was a slightly hidden walkable cafe that was really good called Time and Co for breakfast/lunch too. The patio was heaven and we were able to fall asleep and wake up to the ocean noise every night. Hope to come back some day. Thanks for the wonderful stay. »

« We spent a superb week at this outstanding unit. Location couldn’t be better, close to Medano Beach and many restaurants. The unit is exactly as described. Booking was seamless. « Our family stayed over spring break and had an incredible experience. We almost didn’t want to write a raving reviewing because we didn’t want this place to get popular. The view is incredible overlooking the city, picture don’t do it justice. The complex and the pools were never busy so you pretty much had them to yourselves. Everything was provided in the condo, you just need to get whatever food and drinks you want. I know one person wrote a bad review because they had to walk to the guard...

« This is a beautiful property in a good neighborhood. There is a park nearby as well as easy walk to the grocery store and you can get anything you need there. Only problem we had was unable to exchange USD to pesos. Alot of places do not accept credit cards. You need to tip at grocery for 2 people who bag your grocerys. Bring small bills as it is difficult to get the correct change for USD. »

« Reception staff was unhelpful and agressif. The nights were awful due to the noise form the 2 main streets on both sides of the hotel. The Appartement in its self is very handy and the restaurant next door fine. »
