great location

This was a great location for us. We stayed one night; it was convenient to the highway, with restaurants nearby.

Decent night stay in a bed away from home.

Pretty good stay at a decent hotel close by to my event. Can't complain for one night.

This is an economy hotel. the desk person was running the breakfast, overseeing the room service crew and handling checkouts. She was courteous, but overworked and the quality of the breakfast showed it. The hotel has abandoned its pool and offers passes to a nearby health club. It's a bargain stop for an overnight.

Nuthin' fancy, but clean and comfortable

It was conveniently located for my purposes and well-priced, so its simplicity and "coziness" were tolerable. The free breakfast was lower quality, which matched the rest of the conditions. It wasn't my favorite place to stay, but I've certainly stayed at worse. The biggest downfall was in what it doesn't have, not the condition of what it does have. It's OK, but nothing special.

Terrible service & Tiny Rooms

One of our worst Hotel experiences. Room was micro size; front desk Staff couldn't have been more apathetic or more unhelpful. Contrary to their website advertising, there is no pool and the 'hot tub' they advertise is in one hotel jacuzzi room! Good news though is that Hotels.com stepped up and got us out of the reservation after one night stay.

I apologize if you felt the staff was not more helpful to your wants and needs and that the rooms were the size you wanted. I have looked into the pool and hot tub that you have said are advertised and I do not see these items being advertised on any of our websites. Sorry for any misunderstandings on these amenities.
