« Great view, intriguing. Reakfastbwhich worked really well. Great comms from the host who wasn’t available when I arrived. Great view over the back field watching the harvest come in! Tip - reverse into the parking space it’s fairly tricky to reverse out onto the road depending on time of day. »

« Great home from home. Clean, tidy and very well equipped.Fantastic location close to all local amenities. 5 minute walk to railway station and theatre. 10 minute stroll to the beachfront. »

« We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. « Modern, spacious, well equipped house a mlie from the railway station and the start of the shops to the beach. A big tesco for all your food needs. SHERINGHAM is a typical seaside town. And a good base for exploring north Norfolk. Cromer. And more. »

« It was very obvious from the start that the house was newly renovated. Almost everything still had the tags on it. Absolutely nothing was plugged in, turned on or tested before I got there. There were no amenities, such as soap, dish cloths, cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet brushes, or even bins in the bathrooms. « We had a wonderful stay here, the house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and there was plenty to do in Mundesley and the surrounding area.Would highly recommend! »

« Cottage très agréable, vaste et très bien équipé (il manquait simplement une essoreuse à salade...). Intérieur cosy confortable. Magnifique jardin parfaitement entretenu. Calme assuré, à l'écart des grandes routes. Très bonne situation pour visiter le Norfolk, le Suffolk et le Cambridgeshire sans faire trop de km. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement, un des plus beaux que j'ai connu (l'autre étant à Churchill, dans les Cotswolds). »

« What a super large house with everything we needed for a wide age range of family members. All the bedrooms were ready for us as expected. We were particularly impressed with the kitchen diner facilities which meant that we could cook for a large number easily. Having 2 fridges was really helpful. Loved having use of the BBQ which we used twice and were able to sit outside to eat. Great location and parking out the front was plentiful. We all said we would return. Thanks for having us. »

"The team at reception and at the restaurant (dinner, breakfast) were professionals and very kind. There is a big issue with housekeeping : we stayed with a baby during 5 nights and we had to show we were upset: then they cleand our room ! In fact they never used the vacuum (but we asked for because the room was very dusty ) snd they made the befs only once in 5 nights !!!! 200 euro per night : the cleaning doesn’t deserve this money !!!!"

"Le lieu est absolument magnifique, la propriété, le parc, les arbres. En revanche les lieux de restauration ont clairement besoin d'un manager. Malgré le nombre conséquent de personnel, le petit déjeuner n'était pas régulièrement fourni. Les employés sont cachés à droite à gauche, occupés à plier des serviettes en discutant ou en consommant des bouteilles cachées dans les placards... Un soir nous avons attendu 1h notre commande de repas alors que nous étions avec 2 enfants. C'est vraiment dommage car le lieu est magique et mérite mieux. "
