« Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. »

« Great stay, lovely staff, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and comfy bed. Great location for town centre and train station. Perfect for a short get away. Would stay here again if coming back to Norwich. »

« Very impressed with the overall experience of our stay. The staff were friendly and efficient. The studio rooms were very well equipped and had some nice touches like dishwasher and coffee machines. Even tea towels, filter coffee and washing up liquid included !! Decent warm pool and hot tub. Restaurant wasn't bad and reasonably priced. Would definitely come again. »

« Lovely accommodation, really well presented inside and out, with everything you would want for a short break. The owners are very friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend a stay. »

« Great view, intriguing. Reakfastbwhich worked really well. Great comms from the host who wasn’t available when I arrived. Great view over the back field watching the harvest come in! Tip - reverse into the parking space it’s fairly tricky to reverse out onto the road depending on time of day. »

« Il s'agit de 3 mobiles homes chacun avec 2 chambres, salle d'eau, grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée et petite terrasse. La propriétaire est accueillante et fourni une corbeille avec thé, café, lait, jus etc. Au bout du chemin il y à un pub/restaurant. Le matin on peut voir les écureuils et lapins gambader à coté Seul bémol, l'internet est variable.. »

« Check in was very easy.. The house was amazing, plenty of space and the pool was so nice. Our grandchildren had so much fun in there. The games room was excellent and kept us entertained most of Sunday afternoon. The beds were very comfy, with beautiful bathrooms. The view from the top of the Windmill was breathtaking, especially watching the sunset. The local pub was really nice and the food was sooooo good Thank you to the hosts for letting us share your home. »

« heck in was fine we were allowed in early as we had two babies, information given at check in very precise and detailed. Property very clean garden lovely. Kitchen facilities were good cooker hob took a little getting use to but cooked well and we had several large dinners and also barbecue was good we cant fault anything The only disappointment we had was we left 2 very large china dishes and one le creuset dish behind »

« We had such a lovely time the cosy Nook was perfect for us, quirky with everything we needed for an amazing mini break. Gutted we didn’t explore more of the local area but the sun was shining so we were drawn straight to the beach. Will definitely stay again x »

"The team at reception and at the restaurant (dinner, breakfast) were professionals and very kind. There is a big issue with housekeeping : we stayed with a baby during 5 nights and we had to show we were upset: then they cleand our room ! In fact they never used the vacuum (but we asked for because the room was very dusty ) snd they made the befs only once in 5 nights !!!! 200 euro per night : the cleaning doesn’t deserve this money !!!!"

"Le lieu est absolument magnifique, la propriété, le parc, les arbres. En revanche les lieux de restauration ont clairement besoin d'un manager. Malgré le nombre conséquent de personnel, le petit déjeuner n'était pas régulièrement fourni. Les employés sont cachés à droite à gauche, occupés à plier des serviettes en discutant ou en consommant des bouteilles cachées dans les placards... Un soir nous avons attendu 1h notre commande de repas alors que nous étions avec 2 enfants. C'est vraiment dommage car le lieu est magique et mérite mieux. "
