Il y a 4 chambres joliment décorées, 1 est une suite parentale à l'étage avec une salle de bain privée avec baignoire et douche séparées. Les portes françaises mÚnent à un balcon privé, l'endroit idéal pour prendre un café le matin ou un endroit tranquille pour se retirer avec un bon livre aprÚs une journée à la plage. Les autres chambres ont des lits queen et sont décorées avec goût en utilisant des artistes d'inspiration de la Floride et des estampes modernes.

Cette magnifique maison Ăźle offre une piscine chauffĂ©e privĂ©e, une vĂ©randa partiellement couverte et un gril Ă  gaz. Plusieurs balcons offrent un endroit idĂ©al pour se reposer et se dĂ©tendre. Juste une courte promenade des plages du golfe et une courte distance de la rue Bridge oĂč vous trouverez de nombreux magasins et restaurants - vous ne pourrez simplement pas dĂ©cider quoi faire de vos journĂ©es. Vous ïżœïżœtes Ă©galement situïżœïżœ Ă  proximitĂ© de deux restaurants du Golfe.

La pompe dĂ©marrera chaque matin et commencera Ă  rĂ©chauffer la piscine Ă  82 °, ce qui peut prendre plusieurs jours en fonction de la gravitĂ© de la vague de froid.

Excellent location, beautiful house

This property and pool were beautiful and clean. It was 1 min from the beach and down the road from Bridge St pier, which made it great for teens. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and beach tent. The only change I would recommend would be to have a garbage disposal installed.

The house is beautiful! The location is great! Kitchen is lacking-very old Teflon. Make sure you bring everything you need because there’s nothing to get you started in kitchen-not even salt and pepper. Pool is nice.

Good location to beach and town

The location was great being close to beach and walking distance to town which is great since traffic can be an issue during 4-7 pm. The house is comfortable and has great beach accessories (wagon, shelter, chairs, small cooler). We had two issues: floor was not clean and only a wet mop to be able to clean (feet always dirty) and kitchen supplies weee limited or old. Frying pan were all old and the non stick is worn. No starter kitchen supply: no salt/pepper (we left ours), so obviously no spices or condiments. Two dishwasher pods so for week long stay or longer have to have own. Beds and bathroom are good shape and clean. Administrators did reply to issues and offered to have cleaners come back. Our pool was not clean (debris on bottom of pool). We ended up using the unit A pool with their permission until the pool cleaner came again on Wednesday (we started on Saturday for 1 week.

Incredible house and location

The pool, location and house were amazing. The (street) construction was kinda tough for us and the workers. The house was amazing but, the floors left our feet black (swept or vacuumed but not mopped) other than those 2 (construction out of everyone’s control) an amazing time was had by all. Ami did a fantastic job.

Great Vacation!

Great vacation to Anna Maria Island celebrating my twin son's graduation from high school. Our family of 8 very much enjoyed this house, it is on the south end of the island right across the street from the beach and in easy walking distance to Bridge Street where there are several restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and souvenir stores. This was our first trip to the gulf side of Floraida and the beaches did not disappoint, I see now what the hype is about! The House is well-appointed with all the beach necessities. Pool is small but very nice with a beautiful palm tree lined back yard with a shaded outside lounge area. Our family took advantage of the convent elevator as we had with us a handicapped family member. The propane grill was a plus for us.

Three Week Getaway

This house is the perfect location to the beach for enjoying the gulf and sunsets! Also easy walking distance to Bridge Street for shopping, restaurants and gelato. We enjoyed walking the beach path every morning down to Longport Bridge. Easy drive to Sarasota or St Armand’s Circle. The house is well equipped with beach chairs, toys, canopy and cart which was much appreciated.

Perfect Christmas Gift

This is my 2nd year renting a house and taking my adult children on vacation as their Christmas gift. The house was beautiful, plenty of space for us to be together or separate. The location is perfect. We walked to the beach (just across the street), down to the "square" where all the shops and restaurants are. The drive along the coast line is spectacular. Should we be able to this again next year I will definitely look at reserving this house again. Thank you!

Good location! Easy walk to restaurants.

The house was in a very nice location right across the street from the beach. A 10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. The house itself was clean. However definitely bare minimum essentials. There was no extra toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags. I’ve never had to go buy extra of those on my other VRBO rentals. When we got there a load of towels were still in the washer. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Family Beach Vacay

This was a very nice house and just 2 houses behind from across road to beach. They provided lots of beach items we needed which helped a lot. Kitchen stocked with all we needed also. Very clean we enjoyed our stay !!

Great Family Getaway

We loved the house and everything was in good working order. The elevator was so critical to us due to a few of us that could not do the stairs. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us to relax and enjoy each other. We used the pool almost every day to just chill out. My only concern at the pool was there was not a railing to assist in getting in and out of the pool (this is a safety hazzard). The short distance walk to the beach & the cart, chairs, and canopy that were provided was all that was necessary for an afternoon at the beach. We would definitely come back to this house in the future. We did have an issue with the elevator not working and in less than an hour service peope were on site to correct the problem. Thank you for prividing a great place to vacation!!!

This part of the island was amazing! Quiet. Clean. Quick, easy beach access. A nice walk to Bridge St area and close to trolley stops for exploring the Northern part of the island/shopping.

First Time to AMI

Lovely property and the property management was great at communicating with us about an inspection that had to be made during our visit. Very convenient to the beach and the optional golf cart rental was worth it! The ONLY negative was the listing stated there would be 2 dishwasher tablets (there were none) 2 rolls of TP per bathroom (only one) and the AC was set to “unoccupied” so it would cycle off every 4 hours and get very hot. My husband was able to figure out how to override it after one night of very hot sleeping. Seems like the cleaning crew is taking any leftover supplies. We had accidentally left our frozen fish in our collapsible cooler in the freezer. My SIL remembered after about 1/2 hour and returned to find the cleaning service had dumped the frozen fish and loaded the cooler with everything else we couldn’t take with us. When confronted about the cooler, she got very mad at him for asking for its return. All in all, loved the island and the location. We will be back!

Great family vacation home

Perfect home base for our family vacation. Great location - a very short walk to street and then beach. Drivers are generally very courteous. Having a private pool was a huge plus - especially when our young grandsons needed a change from the beach. We also enjoyed the front balcony - great for morning coffee and an enclosed area for the littles to play. The house had plenty of room for six adults and two children. The one con - only one bath towel and washcloth per person were provided so towels were being laundered quite often, in the end this wasn't a big problem. Another big plus - Beach cart, chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and beach towels are provided. Overall, the perfect vacation beach home for our family. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Easy to rent! Nice location to beach, bay and bridge street. Grill was very dirty my husband cleaned it so it could be used. Pool in complete shade didn’t use it. Overall enjoyed are stay!

Best Vacation House Ever!

My 2 teenage sons and I had a fabulous time at Bradenton Beach due to this amazing property we rented! The location was the best! Beach across the street and restaurants , bars and shops a 5 minute walk ! The house was very clean and huge! We definitely will be back! Make sure you rent a golf cart!
