« We had a great stay in a nice room. However we booked and got confirmation for a twin room. On arrival we were told there was no twin room though still today twin rooms appear on hotel website and expedia. Probably double bookings not assumed by owner. »

« Great place as a base for exploring the Borders. Overall stay was good. Room was exceptionally clean(had a couple of minor niggles but these were dealt with happily and swiftly). Stayed in a double which was quite small (with only one bedside table). Would 'upgrade' to a larger room if staying again. The best thing about this hotel is the people and the outstanding service they provide-nothing too much trouble and so friendly. Ooh- and good food including a fab breakfast. »
