« The manager was Extremely nice. There was definitely some things that should not have been going on our room, the manager did change the room. Then housekeepers are not keeping supplies in the room as needed. The manager did apologize and offered to discount our stay but wasn’t sure how to do so with Expedia, I do think some discount should be given for issues presented to the manager. »

« Le Hampton Inn est un hôtel correct avec un service sympatique, mais si j'avais à y retourner je ferais l'essai du St-James Hotel dans le centre-ville historique de Selma. Pendant que vous y êtes faites un tour au restaurant le Vineyard qui se trouve dans le magnifique Harmony Club (pratiquement en face du Selma Times Journal, le tout sur Water Avenuel). « I choose to stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites based on high review ratings and that it is a recent renovated property. I received an ADA room and was not happy with it. It was nearly midnight and hotel was full so trading rooms was not an option. The cleanliness of the room was lacking from the well worn carpet to the bathroom and linen. The bathroom received cursory treatment it is grimy and needs deep cleaning at the toilet and tub area. The complimentary bottles must be topped off. The...
