This Hotel was a “shell” . It should not been open for business until they were fully prepared to service the guests as promised. At the time of check-in we had an itinerary number that they said their system did not recognize although that is the number that was given us when we booked we were sent away because they were unable to find our reserve. We came back 20 minutes later and insisted they look us up under any information we could provide finally found our reserve we get checked in got to our room and could not find a coffee pot, no Bible, no luggage rack, no coat hangers, no ironing board, No iron, no hand soap,no complementary shampoos, also, no vending machines ,no ice machine in the hallway or in the lobby, one entrance one exit ,no amenities just a weight room with two units what could be called a hall or closet sized room. The entire property was unappealing. There was no coffee in the lobby no drink availability no breakfast no continental breakfast nothing was available and nothing was offered. We were told if we wanted coffee we could buy a coffee machine from them or go across the street to purchase one at Dollar General. I have never seen a hotel open for business and offered nothing. We were not offered a refund. We were not offered a discount. We shortened our stay and left abruptly the next day. I will never stay not only in this hotel but there’s strand of hotels again.
