« The Hidden Inn was an excellent stay. The staff were amazing, the room was so nice and homey and the restaurant food was 5 star. My daughter is going to school at Oneonta and I will be staying here every time I come down. »

« Staff very nice, dinner and breakfast were good. Room was nice but toilet did not flush properly had to flush it multiple times for it to actually go down and the absolutely aweful air conditioner!!! Wall unit that made terribly loud noise every time it shut off . Kept my daughter awake all night! And at check out the office was closed, so we couldnt tell anyone ! No ice machine or ice on property. Would not recommend if you’re used to chain hotels with amenities and 24 hour staff to assist!...

« We were at the Avon Inn for a very brief overnight stay, motivated by history behind the institution. As the sole remaining hotel from Avon's history as a destination for its springs, it is still the center of a lovely small town. Service was friendly and efficient and we would have been glad to spend another day or two there. »
