Family fun for all awaits at this spacious, recently remodeled, waterfront home on the scenic shores of Bass Lake. The gated entrance leads into a private, fenced-in yard, with a large lawn overlooking the lake. There's a massive lakeside deck complete with picnic tables, chaise lounges, and a large firepit, as well as a private beach area and a gated ramp that connects to the private boat dock. Inside, this lodge-like home features a great room with a wide lake view, a card table, a three-stool wet bar, and a wood table with seating for 10. Gather around the stone fireplace and big-screen TV in the living area or retreat to one of the five bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with its own gas fireplace, balcony, shower, oversize tub, and lake view. Other amenities include a tankless water heater, high-speed WiFi, 4K TVs with Roku in all rooms, and a backup generator that automatically turns on to keep the air conditioning or heater going if the power ever goes out.
Beautiful Bass Lake is a wonderful spot for boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. You'll be close to the Pines Village at the lake, with its restaurants, general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, offering shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a live stage theater of its own. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is only 15 miles away.
THINGS TO KNOW
Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
