Not convenient place not nearby bts, and old hotel so all the stuffs are old and a bit dirty, Staffs cannot speak in a normal english level, hars to communicate

Close to the buzz but quiet

Les + : Generous staff, the upgrade, location.
Les - : The fixtures and the carpets...just overall renovation.
Situation : Soi 11 is near Nana station. The street itself is bustling with lots of foreign bars and food joints.
We were upgraded to the platinum suite upon arrival which was very generous of the staff. The breakfast runs a good 4 hours which is convenient for people with varying schedules. It's at the end of Soi 11 and the walk to the station is 15 minutes long, but the hotel provides tuk-tuks to get there so it's not a big problem. Slightly on the older end, this hotel could do with a renovation since some of the bathroom fittings are worn out and the carpets are a bit musty, but it's not a big problem. While I'm sure there are cheaper hotels with better everything, we booked this at a short notice and lucked out with a great room.

Situation : well, nice blues club down the street. and nice veggie restaurant at the end of soi 1, also its on a cabbie short cut route so there is a lot of traff
Worst Hotel ever. Can't Imagine how it has a 4star rating. Pictures on This website are misleading. I got ripped off for more money to switch out of a foul smelling, sticky room with old dingy soiled furniture to another room of the same stinky lack luster caliper. When checking in, Staff was rude The "jacuzzi" was 100 years old and shower did not work (see Pix)... repair boy came and looked at it but never fixed it. Fixtures were falling off the wall in the tub and mold was everywhere. I could go on & on but its raising my BP. The gym is also moldy smelling dirty and all the equipment is rusty and in disrepair. The breakfast was passable and the egg station great! But the furniture was covered in goo and soiled / sticky. Its as if the cleaning staff was blindfolded while working. Before this experience I trusted Expedia, but now, I am not so sure.

Les + : 깨끗한시설! 친절한 프론트!! 객실 마사지 이용가능. 호텔1층에 마사지샾이 있더군요 .
Les - : 특히 없었습니다.
Situation : 근처에 나나 플라자가 있어 유흥을ㅇ 즐기기에 좋습니다. 남성분들 !
일단 프론트 직원 상당히 친절하시구 방은 사진처럼 넓어서 좋았네요. 도착하자마자 피곤하여서 객실 마사지 프론트에 요청하니 바로 도와주시고!! 조식은 늦게 일어나서 안먹어보았습니다. 단점은 대로변에서 좀 많이 들어가야 호텔이 위치해있고 걷기에는 부담이 있군요 환전소 바슈랑 가까와서좋고 나나 플라자랑 가까워서 유흥을 즐기는 사람에겐 좋을듯합니다.

駅から少し歩きますがホテルからは送迎があります。部屋も広く清潔で快適です。 サイトの割引もあり、コストパフォーマンスは非常に高いと思います。

Night staff shocking

Very bad night time service arrived 8pm and experienced the worst check in experience ever. In fairness during the day the ladies are perfect. Had a shower and found no towels in room. Had to call down to the same chap who checked me in and 20min later I had some towels.

本來懷著開心心情去旅行,一開始去到時,酒店的服務員都還可以的,還幫我 upgrade 房間,其實應該係開心事。本身已經可以延遲 check out 到中午兩點是很好的,但最後一日因曼谷交通的關係,我希望可延遲多一個半鐘,所以便致電給酒店,當時酒店員工亦說可以的。但到最後當回到酒店時跟我說要多給1700泰銖。我不是不想給,但為何一早我打電話時,不給先說一聲呢?最後她的 態度令我十分反感,而且還給面色看,這個主管是我來這麼多次泰國,令我最反感的一個,我每次到泰國旅遊無論住任何一間酒店的服務員的態度都比她好一百倍的,另外一提,如果有旅客愛乾淨的話,千其不要來,他們房間雖然很大,但床單及被鋪唔知點解會帶點濕及黑的,而且浴室的毛巾是穿洞的。最後值得一提的是,到我離開酒店一刻,是有坐在知客的服務還會帶着笑容,雖然可能帶點很假,但起碼她做到一個顧客至上的態度。不像她的主管黑口黑面。我會付上一張這個黑面主管的圖片。希望貴酒店真的要好好教導一下酒店服務業,員工對客人的態度及處事方式。 P.S.本人亦聽得懂泰語的,所以不要在客人面前用一些以為用一些客人聽不懂的語言說是非,這是一件很愚蠢的事。
