I've managed quite a few hotels and the customer service at this hotel was terrible. Very unprofessional. First, we reserved a room with a King bed, what we got was 2 queens. When questioned, we were told we could have the King Room, but we would have to wait because it wasn't clean, and this was at 4pm. Way past check in. The air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. The hallways smelled like Mold, as did our room,Rm 280. No screens on windows or bars like advertised. The pool and hot tub were dirty. My husband had a hard time getting our $200 deposit back. They tried to make every excuse for us not to get our $200 dollars. We paid cash, and wanted cash back. Finally after arguing with the front desk, we received our money. I will NEVER go back to this hotel, and i would not recommend it to my enemies.
