« We loved this rental! The host called us on our way to confirm and we had great communication during our entire stay. Keys were easy to find, paid parking pass was worth it (though there was plenty of street parking), convenient store in the basement, and very hot water which I LOVED! My family of 5 was able to comfortably sprawl out and enjoy ourself. Thank you Margarita! Your home was so lovely. »

« My family and I LOVED the vibe of this unit! After searching high and low for a air bnb / hotel in the Baltimore area, I came across this beauty and I am happy that I did. We even extended for an additional night. The communication with the management was very prompt and professional. So happy I got to experience Baltimore in this way. « Two bedroom, two bathroom modern condo in the heart of Washington, DC. Loved that we each had our own private space. Full size kitchen, living room, dining area. Condo included washer and dryer which we used during our stay. The Navy Memorial metro/subway stop is literally steps from the condo, we only discovered this on our last day. Getting to/from Dulles airport was so easy by Metro. Condo has a gym, pool and hot tub. We loved the coffee machine in the lobby, used it every day. Lots of...

« The property was nice, very active building with a concierge at the front desk. They are not attached with the rental company just for the property. The apartment had almost all the cookware and working appliances for meals, nice touch was the dishwasher and if you needed a washer/dryer it was located in the apartment. « information was incorrect - different location than given on hotels.com information was incorrect - no reception desk, no check in check in was via a local agent who could only get contacted once hotels.com helpline was asked to help overall check in took 1.5h not acceptable »

« The unit was clean and had all basic needs. The second bedroom is actually more like a converted space. The forts have glass panes with no covering so the room was exposed. Also there is no closet in the bedroom and no mirror. As I was traveling with a colleague for business this was less than ideal. »

« Great stay, everything just as depicted in listing. I was disappointed we did not have a keurig for coffee. I texted the host and we had a keurig within the hour! The location is very close to DC attractions. The neighborhood was definitely different after dark, but we never felt unsafe. Great family trip! Definitely recommend. »

« Perfect location for exploring DC. Easy walking distance to U St, AdMo, and Dupont. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Apartment suited our needs perfectly with plenty of space, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and comfortable living room. Bathroom is a bit tight for two women and all of our trappings, but very manageable. »
