« This property had potential, but the room was rented to us filthy. Floors and Surfaces: The floors were completely unswept and unmopped. We immediately had to sweep up dirt and leftover food (including pretzels) from the previous tenant. Because no mop was provided, we had to hand-wash the filthy floors. Additionally, all furniture and surfaces had a thick layer of dirt and grime, indicating they hadn’t been wiped down in months. Bathroom: The shower drain had hair sitting on top of it....
